Bottle-Conditioned Beers
Keystone Brewery beers are all bottle-conditioned, that is to say that they complete a secondary fermentation in the bottle in the same process as cask beer. This leaves a small amount of sediment in the bottom of the bottle. Pour your beer with care in one contiuous movement leaving the last dribble of beer in the bottle with the sediment. This will leave a clear, bright beer for your enjoyment. Don't worry if some sediment gets through, it will do no harm and will not affect the flavour.
The brewer favours his beer at cellar temperature (11-13º C). Bottles served very cold may develop a natural chill haze. |

Ethos
Keystone Brewery assesses every business and brewing decision in terms of environmental and local sustainability. Not just barley grown in the fields around the brewery, English hops and water from a local borehole, but also pumps and brewery equipment sourced locally, the same with our vehicle, bottles and many other brewery essentials.
Every pint of Keystone beer is produced in the most sustainable way possible.
